

WHITE RAVEN
1.5 oz CRANBERRY FLAVORED VODKA
.25 oz ORGEAT (WE USE LIBER & CO.)
.75 oz FRESH LIME JUICE
FILL GINGER BEER
combine ingredients except for ginger beer with ice in a 12-13oz glass. stir to chill & dilute. add more ice & gently stir in ginger beer.
garnish with fresh lime twist.

SANTA BABY
1.5 oz CRANBERRY FLAVORED VODKA
2 oz HIBISCUS TEA
.75 oz FULL MOON CRANBERRY SPICE SYRUP
.33 oz FRESH LIME
combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. shake about 5 seconds to chill & dilute. strain into ice filled 12-13oz cocktail glass.
garnish with fresh lime twist or dried limes.
HIBISCUS TEA
1 QT water + 1/4 c dried hibiscus infuse 12 hours in the refrigerator, strain.

KINCAID COOLER
1.5 oz CRANBERRY FLAVORED VODKA
3 oz HIBISCUS TEA
.75oz HOUSE LEMON SYRUP
.25 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (we use scrappys or bitter housewife)
splash CLUB SODA
combine ingredients with ice in a 16oz glass, top with a splash of club soda.
garnish with dried oranges or fresh orange twist
HIBISCUS TEA
1 QT water + 1/4 c dried hibiscus infuse 12 hours in the refrigerator, strain.
LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP
2 LEMONS
1 c ORGANIC SUGAR
1 C WATER
wash lemons thoroughly. using a microplane, remove zest from the lemon & mix into the sugar, set aside.
add the juice of the lemons & the water to a small saucepan & bring to a simmer. stir in zest/sugar mixture until dissolved & remove from heat.
let cool, strain out solids using a fine mesh strainer. keep refrigerated & use up to two weeks.

CHRISTMAS IN JULY
.75 oz CRANBERRY FLAVORED VODKA
.75 oz CINNAMON MOONSHINE
.75 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
.5 oz FULL MOON CARDAMOM VANILLA SYRUP
3 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (we use scrappys or bitter housewife)
fill GINGER BEER (we use bundaberg)
combine ingredients except for ginger beer with ice in a 12-13oz glass. stir to chill & dilute. add more ice & gently stir in ginger beer.
garnish with fresh lime twist.

AUTUMN NECTAR
1.5 oz CRANBERRY FLAVORED VODKA
1.5 oz APPLE CIDER
.5 oz HOUSE LEMON SYRUP
.5 oz FRESH LIME JUICE
3 dash ORANGE BITTERS
