HIBISCUS INFUSED AURORA GIN
add 2 T dried hibiscus flowers to 1 750 ml bottle aurora gin. strain after
8-12 hours. infusion will get bitter if left too long.

1.5 oz AURORA GIN
1 oz APPLE MONIN GOURMET SYRUP*
1 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1 oz COLD WATER
1/2 DROPPER ORANGE BITTERS*
1-2 STAR ANISE
1 CINNAMON STICK

shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass.

1.5 oz AURORA GIN
.5 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
.5 oz CRANBERRY SIMPLE SYURP
3 oz DRY CIDER

add gin, lemon juice & syrup to an ice filled shaker. shake gently to chill, strain into champagne flute. top with cider & garnish with lemon twist. cheers!

CRANBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP
2 cups cranberries (rinsed & sorted)
2 cups water
1.5 cups sugar
Lemon
using a vegetable peeler, remove the zest of half of the lemon (if any white pith remains carefully remove with a sharp paring knife) bring water & cranberries to a boil over medium high heat. once the cranberries start to pop, stir in sugar & lemon zest. reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. remove from heat, let cool & strain

1.5 oz AURORA GIN
1.5 oz JACK RUDY TONIC SYRUP
1 oz JUICE OF MANY CITRUS
1 STAR ANISE

add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker, shake 10-15 seconds. strain into chilled coupe or martini glass. garnish with star anise & enjoy!
